Step 2: Get matched to a project
Our team reviews project needs against your background and industry experience. You’ll only hear from us when there’s a relevant opportunity, so you can focus on projects where your perspective can genuinely add value.
Step 3: Review the project and confirm compliance
When there’s a potential match, we’ll share the project details and confirm your registration compliance. Each assignment still goes through its own conflict of interest and topic review before you’re introduced to a client.
Step 4: Share your expertise
Once the topic, schedule, and details are confirmed, you’ll join a paid private consultation with the client.

How do I sign up as an expert with Arches?
Register your details to get started, then add a short bio of your professional experience so we know which projects fit you best, and keep it updated as your background evolves. Sign up here.
Is there any registration fee or membership fee to join Arches' network?
No. Joining our network is completely free. We will never ask an expert for registration fee or membership fee.
After finishing a consulting call, when will I get paid?
Your fee will be paid at the end of next month of your consultation, though there are payments go out sooner whenever we can.
Can I consult while currently employed?
If in doubt, this is something you need to check with your employer. Every employer is different, so it is your responsibility to determine whether you are permitted to consult given your current employment circumstances.
Will my discussions with the client be monitored?
Some calls may be recorded or monitored as part of the client’s standard compliance protocols, and every recording is handled under Arches’s confidentiality and data protection policies. If you’d prefer a specific call stay unrecorded, let us know in writing before it’s scheduled and we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
How do I know if I'm matched with a project?
If we think you are a good candidate for an assignment, you will get an opportunity to review the discussion topics, and decide whether to participate in the project based on your knowledge of the topic and availability.
How often will I get project opportunities?
The number of consultations you are offered will depend on the market and the nature of your experience. As your profile grows with successful completion of projects with us, the likelihood of opportunities being shared with you will increase.
