Seven years of growth and recognition
2019
Established the first offices in Japan, Singapore, and Vietnam. Concentrated on building strong foundations in key Asian markets.
2020
A $450K funding round supported the first key hires
and further investment in delivery operations.
2021
The Shanghai office opened, a $1.6M Series A closed,
and operations expanded across major Asian markets.
2023
The Expert Knowledge Bank launched
as Arches grew to five offices across Asia.
2024
Prime Talent Partners launched
following a $3M Series B.
2025 August
Seoul, Bogotá, and Hong Kong joined the network,
with coverage now reaching into the US and EU.
2025 September
Arches was named One of Japan’s fastest-growing companies (KUSABI Award 2025).
2026
Received a LinkedIn Impact Award, earned Great Place to Work® recognition in Japan, and expanded its presence to Shenzhen.
